Was stimmt niht an folgendem Link:

    Lieber Christoph,

Hi I am sorry but I dont speak french

      Elias · Dezember 14, 2019 um 5:35 pm

      Hier die deutsche Übersetzung:

      “Guten Tag,

Wer was auf’s Leben hält … natürlich muß man hier unterschreiben.

Wait a minute, at last step, that form is asking me to state that I haven’t already signed the initiative ; 1) why, can’t you just reject if its an accidental duplicate? 2) how am I supposed to check anyhow; I’m not seeing a searchable list of signatures? I THINK I haven’t supported this initiative, so I signed, but I don’t remember every single one I supported to be sure – collection time is quite long – so this is an unreasonable demand.

    thomas · Oktober 28, 2019 um 4:51 pm

So the ECI is a quite formalistic tool by the European commission and its regulation obliges us to ask every signee whether s/he has signed already.
But you can safely click on the checkbox as the ID created for the signature sis unique and we will detect a signatures dublette.
This is not for the “normal” citizens, but more for EU citizens that could sign the ECI from two or more countries due to their residences / legal status,….
So in short: Just check it and sign!

Stefan Gsänger · Oktober 11, 2019 um 9:41 am

While it is certainly a good idea to launch an ECI on effective climate change, it is a pity that the four demands are not really focussing on what the EU itself has to do. E.g. FFF Germany have come up with very clear demands, including phasing out all fossil fuels and switching to 100% renewables by 2035. The two ECI demands directed towards international trade even imply the risk to distract from important domestic measures and point at others outside the EU instead.

    thomas · Oktober 15, 2019 um 11:31 am

    Hi Stefan,
so does our ECI. The first goal is the “prio 1” goal, forcing the EU to consider being nett-0 by 2035. goals 2-4 are siding with this to ensure its possible by leveling the economic playfield on international level (goals 2 and 3) and by providing material to allow building up the awareness of the criticality (goal 4)

Ok, my bad, german certification is enough ! But kinda difficult to read for all of us non german ! 🙂

    thomas · Oktober 15, 2019 um 11:26 am

You can switch to french on the top right flag icon 😉

Corentin · Oktober 10, 2019 um 10:04 am

Ok, i digged a bit around my question, and it appears :
1. the signature collection of another ECI for climate action is made on the EU site and we get a receipt when we sign.
2. This interface should have a certificate from all EU country and not only one in german for germany. Is it the case ? I m a bit worried about my data now 🙂

    thomas · Oktober 15, 2019 um 11:28 am

This interface is certified by the BSI from german ministry and is thus officially certified to collect signatures for an ECI from all over Europe.
Currently there are two systems that allow to collect signatures. The “official” OCS system by the commission hosted in Luxembourg and the open source tool openECI which we use.
Both are secure, reliable and safe. openECI offers a bit more flexibility when it comes to the frontend part.

      Martin Kirchhoff · Oktober 16, 2019 um 10:20 pm

My Opinion :The climate changes will accelerate and therefore in the next 5 years many people will understand, in contradiction to the sedative good night fairy tale style of the corrupt media, completely used for the soft power fake democrathy diktator ship in Europe, that is ruled by the ultrarich. But our own German parliament will continue to ignore the agreements of Paris, they will continue with business as usual in combination with many lies and many nebula candles. And therefore I assume, that for example Greta Thunberg, although she already found really harsh words for the collective sanity, will speak , (will have to speak), in an even harsher way, than she already did. Although a Friday’s for future movement is established and well known in the public now, NOTHING IS WON UNTIL NOW, NOTHING. THIS FIGHT JUST BEGUN, AND IT IS NOT SURE, THAT WE WILL WIN AGAINST THE JUNKIES OF MONEY, POWER AND DOGMATIC FANATISM OF THE RELIGIOUS SANITY.

Corentin · Oktober 10, 2019 um 9:52 am

Dear Thomas,
Thx for the work put into that initiative !
I m pretty sure i signed already, but resigned today. That brings my question, can we check we are registred ?
I guess our individual signature will not be validated before all are gathered and submitted to the UE ?
Thx again

    thomas · Oktober 15, 2019 um 11:26 am

Correct validation will be done by national authorities at the end

Swervus Thomas,

Herzlich Marion

Florian · Oktober 2, 2019 um 9:30 pm

Hi guys,
thx for the counter. But is it working right? It currently reads 8433 of 10000 signatures. Shouldn’t that be 1000000?
One more thing.. What is the time frame? Is there some date by which we have to have the 1mio signatures or is this open ended?
Didn’t find anything about that.
Cheers, Florian

    thomas · Oktober 3, 2019 um 8:40 pm

Yeah the counter is correct, it will “update” its goal to finally reach 1.000.000 but for now our first goal is 10.000 then 50.000, then ….. 😉

Time frame is till 23rd of September next year but of course given we have no time to loose we will try to achieve this MUCH FASTER! And we need people like you to help us with that. Please spread and tell your network, even gently push them to sign too is fine 😉

Thanx for your support and all the best

      Florian · Oktober 3, 2019 um 9:26 pm

All right then. Let’s shoot for Christmas! 🙂
May I suggest a small FAQ? How many sigs do we need? By when? Does it matter where they come from? Is there a quorum for the various countries (I hope not)? How do I know my signature was counted? Possible problems (see Taijian’s comment) and what to do about them.. Many of use are travelling with an adblocker..

Taijian · Oktober 1, 2019 um 2:12 pm

I would really, REALLY love to sign this, but unfortunately the google recaptcha thingy fails to load in my adblocked browser. Could you please set up a petitions page that does not rely on google spyware to sign? That’d great.

    thomas · Oktober 1, 2019 um 2:22 pm

We are sorry to hear you have problems with the recaptcha, however EU requirements enforce us to use a captcha technology and given that recaptcha has support for all major platforms and technologies as well as language support for all European languages it is for now the only solution we can offer. However you could download the German paper form and sign in written manner? https://eci.fridaysforfuture.org/wp-content/uploads/2019/10/ECI-Support-Statements-Form-253-DE-DE.pdf

      faber · Oktober 4, 2019 um 4:29 pm

Is this support form PDF also available for other countries/languages? Thanks

        thomas · Oktober 4, 2019 um 6:10 pm

Hi Markus, which combination do you need in addition?

Konstantin Merk (@Winterrav3n) · Oktober 1, 2019 um 12:08 pm

How many signatures did you receive already? A counter would be great!

    thomas · Oktober 1, 2019 um 12:09 pm

We will bring it on tomorrow!

It is never too late to do at least something against the clima change.

Martin M. · September 30, 2019 um 7:08 pm

Dear initiators, I really appreciate your Initiative very much since it is about such an important topic. Nevertheless I have some very important remarks to make this ECI more successful:
When one first opens this website, the average reader will not understand much about what’s going on here. What is an ECI? What does GHG stand for? What is NDC? What is an EU Border Carbon Adjustment?
And most important: how many out of the 1e6 signatures do we already have?
I urgently ask you to take the effort of making this website a little bit more informative for the reader with no pre-knowledge in the Topic of Climate Change. I’m sure this will convince more people to leave their name here.
Once this is done, I can forward the ECI to my contacts and most of them will hopefully join the effort.
All the best, Martin

    Hi Martin,
    Thanx for your comment,
We are preparing a counter to be shown very soon (this week)
And we will think about adding tool tip infos to the abbreviations used so that people can immediately read what it means.

    Lieber Henny,
    Dear Henny,
We are sorry for that, the countries defined such harsh data requirements for the European Citizens’ Initiative. We had no say on this. On the other hand one must recognize, that this is an ECI and not a normal petition and allows to directly address the commission!
